Our number one goal is to make our patients happy. We strive to go above and beyond to achieve that goal, however  we are a small business and we do have limitations. The following are some policies that we feel are reasonable.

Warranties: All of our frames have a 1 year warranty for any manufacturer defects. Lenses have a 2 year warranty if purchased with an anti-reflective or scratch coating. Lenses purchased without coatings do not have a warranty against scratches.

Return/Exchange Policy

For Glasses: When you purchase glasses the order is placed at the lab the same day. The lenses are custom made with your prescription in the frame that you have chosen. Once the job is started there is a small window of time in the lab process where we can cancel without being charged. You have 24 hrs to cancel in the unlikely event you change your mind after you place your order.

Contacts: If you purchase boxes of contacts through our office or our online site and you need to return or exchange for any reason we can return or exchange boxes that are not damaged, not opened and not expired.

Payment Policies: Payment is expected at time of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, debit and cash. We do not accept checks.

We will contact your insurance company to determine your benefits before you arrive for your appointment. You will be responsible for any out of pocket costs that the insurance does not cover, which include co-pays, deductibles and co-insurances, and any out of pocket costs on glasses and contacts.

When placing an order for glasses we require half down to order and the other half at pickup. If ordering contacts we require payment in full before placing order. Any unpaid balances will have statements sent at the beginning of the month. If not paid in full after the first statement a 5% finance charge will be added to the balance for each month the balance is not paid.
